This spring, Halesworth once again plays host to four thrilling musical acts as the Tessa Fuchs Chamber Series gets underway at the Cut.
The annual spring Sunday concert series, in association with the Halesworth Arts Festival, kicks off this February 12th with a performance by 2014 BBC Young Musician of the Year Martin James Bartlett. The dynamic young pianist will be performing at the Cut at 3:00 on February 12th.
The following concert, on Sunday 26th, will see the Cut resonating to the sounds of the Behn Quartet. This hotly-tipped London based, all female string ensemble play Haydn, Szymanowski and Beethoven, and have been picking up excellent reviews throughout 2016. Their performance takes place on 26th February 2017 at 3:00pm.
The third of the Halesworth Spring Concerts comes from hit harpists 4 Girls 4 Harps. Since their formation, 4 Girls 4 Harps have been heard in numerous venues and festivals in the UK and across Europe, delighting audiences with their dynamic performances and innovative repertoire. Their Spring concert in Halesworth will be taking place on the 12th March at 3:00.
The final Halesworth Spring Concert of 2017 comes from the Kanneh-Mason Trio. The current winner of BBC Young Musician of the Year, cellist Sheku Kanneh-Mason gives a rare concert with two of his exceptionally talented siblings. This performance is scheduled for Sunday 26th march 2017 at 3:00pm.
