Halesworth point of interest walk

Halesworth-Small

Halesworth is a charming market town and simply walking around the centre can be enjoyable in and of itself. However one thing that Halesworth excels in is culture- The Cut is a great venue for theatre, art and exhibitions while the Little gallery is just one example of the great places to take in art around the town

In effect this is a “culture crawl“, giving you the chance to take in what Halesworth has to offer, from the Little Gallery going to The Cut!

We start off at The Little Gallery (1) which in and of itself is situated in the centre of the market place, allowing you to enjoy both the artwork and the nearby shops, cafes and pubs. Once you have had your fill of art turn right to Chediston Street. Keep going straight onto Thoroughfare and keep going onto Bridge Street (you can stop off at the Angel, Pinkys or the Bridge Cafe (2) if you need to stop for refreshment on the way).

At the end of the road you can stop off at Halesworth Library (3) where there are a number of regular events going on. After that you then take the roundabout, taking the first exit on Norwich Road. You then turn right down New Cut before eventually reaching The Cut (4)

As stated before each of these venues offers a range of exhibitions, events and so forth. It is well worth checking online so you can schedule your culture crawl to get the most out of your visit to Halesworth!
